As a Sourcer at AgileOne, you will be responsible for managing the first part of the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates. You will collaborate closely with branch managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, high energy, excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Source and attract top talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sourcer - Recruiter with financial, industrial and manufacturing positions.

Strong sourcing strategies such as boolean search.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
