As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Manager to join our finances team.

Job Overview: As the FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning, ana lysis, and strategic decision- making processes for Mezcal Amarás. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, forecasting, budgeting, and providing insightful analysis to support key business initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:

1.           Financial Planning and Analysis:

·      Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

2.    Budgeting and Forecasting:

·      Drive the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and objectives.

·      Develop and maintain accurate and timely rolling forecasts, incorporating input from various departments.

3.    Demand Planning:

·      Drive demand planning forecast for the company, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and analyzing market trends.

4.    Financial Reporting:

·      Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

·      Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and compliance with accounting standards.

5.    Ad Hoc Analysis:

·      Perform ad hoc analysis as needed to support business decisions and special projects.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field

·      Previous working experience (+1 years) in financial planning and analysis, strategic consulting, investment banking or business analysis

·      Strong analytical and modeling skills with a keen attention to detail.

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·      Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

·      Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel.
