HUAWEI TAC Queretaro is looking for a motivated candidate to join us as: IT Engineer.

Location: Parque Innovación Tecnológico Queretaro (El Marqués, QRO.)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Handling customer service requests from Latin America products.

-Take first corrective actions to isolate and neutralize reported incidents and if necessary escalate to next technical level support.

-Performing network upgrades/ updates.

-Provide detailed information on how to set up, configure or upgrade IT products and their features.

-Use trouble ticketing system for tracking customer interactions and fault analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:

-OSS technologies.

-Telecom general knowledge of GSM, WCDMA, GPON, SDH, DWDM.

-HP hardware.

-Oracle hardware and IBM hardware.

-Server storage.

SKILLS:

-Fluent English, conversation and writing.

-Strong working relationships with other teams.

-Quick learning technical and procedural topics.
