Role and Responsibilities

  • Create, review, and update procedures for new projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Maintain an organized document storage structure, making information readily accessible for compliance purposes.
  • Support regular client meetings, assisting in managing and distributing meeting agendas to address compliance concerns.
  • Collaborate in drafting, reviewing, and distributing monthly compliance reports to clients, emphasizing adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain task products to streamline workflow and ensure timely completion of compliance-related tasks.
  • Interface with third parties such as O&M providers, solar EPCs, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Review monthly reports from O&M providers to identify potential issues and drive necessary actions for compliance.
  • Complete regularly scheduled compliance filings, adhering to deadlines and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
  • Address and mitigate cybersecurity considerations related to policies, procedures, and evidence gathering to enhance overall security measures.
  • Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned by the compliance manager


Required Qualification & Education

  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university or 2-4 years of administration internal controls work-related experience.
  • Minimum 2 years renewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations roles


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Working knowledge of photovoltaic system design, operation, management, and financing.


Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in MS Office and Adobe suite of products.


Additional Notes

Experience with a U.S. based company preferred.
