Role and Responsibilities
- Create, review, and update procedures for new projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Maintain an organized document storage structure, making information readily accessible for compliance purposes.
- Support regular client meetings, assisting in managing and distributing meeting agendas to address compliance concerns.
- Collaborate in drafting, reviewing, and distributing monthly compliance reports to clients, emphasizing adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain task products to streamline workflow and ensure timely completion of compliance-related tasks.
- Interface with third parties such as O&M providers, solar EPCs, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Review monthly reports from O&M providers to identify potential issues and drive necessary actions for compliance.
- Complete regularly scheduled compliance filings, adhering to deadlines and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- Address and mitigate cybersecurity considerations related to policies, procedures, and evidence gathering to enhance overall security measures.
- Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned by the compliance manager
Required Qualification & Education
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university or 2-4 years of administration internal controls work-related experience.
- Minimum 2 years renewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations roles
Required Skills & Competencies
- Working knowledge of photovoltaic system design, operation, management, and financing.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in MS Office and Adobe suite of products.
