Descripción

Position Purpose:

Effective compliance with labor regulations and company standards, to ensure a wellbeing and productive work environment. Additionally, to promote a strong organizational culture and positive work climate through the implementation of wellness programs, organizational culture initiatives, and regulatory compliance, thereby contributing to Timken's sustainability.

 

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the attendance and absenteeism tracking process.

Validate the update of individual employee contract records, ensuring they are complete and compliant with applicable labor regulations.

Support the employment termination process, including document collection, conducting exit interviews, and coordinating administrative procedures related to the termination of employment.

Keep the employee database updated with accurate and relevant information, including demographic data and details related to terminations, ensuring timely and accurate to perform demographic analyses and effectively manage termination processes in the organization.

Collaborate with the legal department in reviewing and monitoring cases related to labor relations, including preparing legal documentation.

Manage and respond to employee complaints, suggestions, and requests related to the cafeteria service, special services, and other areas related to labor relations.

Comply with relevant legal and regulatory procedures, ensuring proper adherence to the Federal Labor Law and other applicable regulations.

Collaborate in the activities for the compliance of HR programs, to promote a positive work environment and comply with the Mexican Official Standard 035 (NOM 035), supporting the implementation of measures and actions to prevent and monitor psychosocial risk factors in the workplace, as well as in the preparation of reports and monitoring of indicators related to emotional health and well-being of workers.

 

Technical/Functional Skills

 

• Fluent English

• Effective communication

• Knowledge of the Labor Dispute Resolution Process

• Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law

 

Education / Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business, Psychology, or similar field (certified).

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Labor Relations Analyst.
