Descripción

 Position: Customer Service Representative - TEMPORARY

Reports to: Materials Manager

 

Mission: Provide assistance to our customers and assist them with their production needs in an exemplary manner according to the company quality policies.

 

Minimum Requirements: Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of three years of Customer Service experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment), prior experience with project management. English is a MUST.

 

Primary Activities:

 

1.      Set Up new Scheduled Orders in QAD. Adding customer cross reference numbers, add customer contract pricing. Making sure that all tax environments are correct and accurate for invoicing purpose.

2.      Process eng. changes adding capability run orders off the kick off sheets and add PPAP orders in to QAD to ensure purchasing/scheduling has visibility

3.      Maintain all customer orders QAD. Making sure EDI/ASN are maintained and capable for all customers who require it. Working with corporate to ensure mapping is set up correctly.

4.      Maintain updated the ECL for all our part numbers in the system QAD, following the ECN received.

5.      Customer packaging specifications maintained in QAD on the scheduled order.

6.      Contract review for all customers' contracts. Make sure prices match what is in QAD and work with sales if there are discrepancies.

7.      Contact customers prior to their windows time of we are not going to meet their scheduled shipment. Negotiate when of not parts can ship next day or need to be expedited.

8.      Verify with shipment that ASN's have been sent to customer and bills of lading have been confirmed.

9.      Determine delivery implications and resolve problems or concerns meeting customer demand. When needed, be able to negotiate with the customer regarding the responsibility of premium freight.

10.  Evaluate critical orders and inventory shortages and assign priorities. Communicate needs to production/scheduling and distribution center.

11.  Review and interact with customer's logistical websites and providers on an on-going basis. Ensure window times, shipment weights, and customer's basic shipment information is met. Relay all pertinent information to shipping department
