Responsibilities:Lead the Digital Team:
- Manage Data & Analytics, Automation tools, website, app, and consumer data integrations.
- Relationship Management:
- Act as liaison between Importers and relevant digital organizations.
- Manage importer digital portfolio and integrations for cost efficiency.
- Consumer Experience and Insight:
- Enhance capabilities to deliver superior consumer experiences.
- Provide advanced methods and analytical tools for new consumer insights.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Drive continuous improvement and automation projects.
- Focus on adding value, eliminating waste, and creatively utilizing available tools.
