We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist.

Profile and main responsabilities:

-Bachelor's Degree preferred in the following subject areas: Psychology, Business Administration, Communication or related.

-4+ years of experience in Human Resources area.

-Experience in IT or Tech recruitment preferred.

-Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting channels.

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

-Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

-Experience building pipelines and market mapping.

-End-to-end recruitment processes in Mexico.

-Advising on sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

-Building strong relationships with stakeholders.

-Experience recruiting personnel at Monterrey area.

-Fluent written and spoken English.
