Descripción

German company, leading manufacturer of spiral doors, roll-up doors and folding doors for industry. We are looking for someone who wants to achieve new challenges as a SERVICE LEADER, in a company with more than 45 years of experience and success.


Main functions:

- Responsibility for efficient, customer-focused, and on-time planning and execution of new door installations, repairs, maintenance, and other service calls in the assigned sales territory of the region Puebla, C.D. Mexico, Queretaro, Tlaxcala, San Luis Potosi.

- Management responsibility for the assigned assembly personnel.

- Realization of the specified key figure, cost, turnover, and result targets as well as continuous control of these and, if necessary, initiation of corrective measures.

- Ensuring shortest response times and execution dates in terms of the fastest and best service on the market.

- Proactive communication with customers and suppliers as well as maintenance of business relations in the interest of customer satisfaction and highest service quality.

- Timely procurement of assembly tools and equipment.

- Organization of the vehicle fleet, including ensuring compliance with legal requirements and usage guidelines.

- Order acceptance and implementation taking into account commercial aspects.

- Responsibility for the immediate handling of complaints.

- Ensuring proactive claim management.

- Immediate support of customer service engineers in case of problems.

- Factual invoice verification.

- Responsibility for compliance with statutory occupational health and safety requirements as well as work equipment subject to mandatory testing.


Requirements

  • Technical education or further education in the fields of electrical or mechanical engineering or a commercial education with a technical focus.
  • Professional experience: at least 3 years in similiar postion (Area customer service, service and installation, preferably in the industrial sector)
  • Experience in work scheduling, route planning and in leading employees
  • Language skills English is mandatory
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Valid Passport, visa is a plus
