Job Title: Bilingual Assistant

Job Summary:

We provide highly specialized engineering services to the power generation industry worldwide. ?The Bilingual Assistant will assist with various administrative tasks during the day to day operation. We are currently experience constant growth and the activities will vary in complexity and duration. This role requires a proactive individual who can multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

?We are seeking a highly organized and proficient Bilingual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.


Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading documents, emails, and other correspondence in both languages.
  2. Assist in the marketing efforts of the company.
  3. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  4. Maintain organized filing systems, databases, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  5. Conduct research and gather information as required for various projects or tasks.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.
  7. Uphold professional conduct and represent the organization positively in all interactions.
  8. Have a valid driving license for tasks outside the office.

Requirements:

  1. Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
  2. Proven experience as a bilingual assistant, or in a similar role preferred.
  3. Excellent communication skills in both languages, with the ability to convey information accurately and clearly.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  7. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  8. Basic Understanding of Accounting concepts (preferably but no mandatory)
