An important global client leader in manufacturing industry is looking for "Sr. HR Payroll Specialist" in Monterrey, Nuevo León.

General Objective:

Key user responsible of processing all payrolls, working with business stakeholders to ensure that the payroll meets all requirements and employees are paid accurately and on time incluiding: Employee registrations, cancellations, bonus calculation, payroll calculation by shift

Requierements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting or related field
• Minimum +5 years of experience exclusively in Payroll and Total Rewards in manufacturing plants - (Mandatory)
• Advanced English level - (Mandatory)
• Background experience with Time and Attendance - (Mandatory)
• Strong background experience implementation Payroll RP - (Mandatory)
• Experience in implementation "Eslabón" software - (Desired)
• Manufacturing Payroll +3,000 Headcount
