Requirements:

• Minimum experience of 3 years in the position.
• Qualified and with ID (Lic. Pedagogy, Lic. Bilingual Education or related careers)
• English level C1 or higher
• Excellent skills in written and verbal communication.
• Strong time management, communication, organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to motivate people, instill responsibility and focus on achieving results.
• Proficient in Word and Excel software programs.
• Effective use of technology platforms and applications for educational use.
• Excellent treatment with students and parents.
• Strategic thinking, pro-activity and high teamwork skills.
• Leadership.

Functions:

• Monitor student progress, providing appropriate feedback to improve their performance .
• organize learning resources and activities to enrich the teaching/learning process.
• Prioritize the academic learning and emotional development of each of your students.
• Monitor teachers' performance and give them feedback on their duties objectively.
• Schedule and distribute the academic assignments of English teachers.
• Plan, design and implement various teaching strategies and methods according to the age group of students in your care and the curricular objectives.
• Attend and promote, together with the psychology department, the personal development of the skills of each of the students.
• Coordinate with other school professionals for constant improvement and achievement of objectives as necessary.
• Active participation in academic and teacher training meetings.
