Principal activities:

1. Organize the development and improvement of human resource management systems, implementation rules, and workflows;

2. Provide support to recruitment and selection process;

3. Organization and implementation of training plans according to the positions in the plant;

Knowledge:

English advance (communication skills)

Experience in human resources 1 to 3 years

Training experience
