Education and Experience

 International Trade, Administration, or Logistics Engineering degree

 More than Two years in a similar position in the maquiladora industry (in customs area)

Knowledge required:

        Raw material and equipment regimen change when applicable.

        Tariff classification Mexican and American HTS

        Knowledge of Customs Law and its Regulations; Rules and Foreign Trade.

        Rule 8th /{  Tariff Classification

        Expert in managing the Account, Credit, and Guarantee Control System   (SCCCYG Annex 31).

        Legal treatment of waste.

        Tariff deferral programs.

        Automatic notices and prior import permits.

skills:

        Bilingual English-Spanish

        Excellent Communication.

        Databases management, and control.

        Advanced level in customs systems management. (2TS, VASTERA, PRISMA CODICE, PSI, ZOE or similar).
