Job Functions:

·    Daily communications with customer/customers (email, portal, meetings).

Manage daily order flow related to the assigned customer/customers.

Daily tasks:

Review and analyze open order report:

o  Late orders – communicate to the customer on the reason for delay and new expected ship date.

o  Late orders – check with production on reason of lateness, assign priority and new completion date, follow up to make sure order will not be missing new ship date.

o  Orders with changes – ensure that change is implemented, and correct revised item is shipped (examples of changes: finger size change, center stone change, engraving change, canceled order, etc.)

o  Orders that are missing production orders assignment (in case of occurrence) – reach out to planning to solve.

o  Monitor order volume changes, report any “unusual” spikes or lows.

o  Monitor any potential issues that are occurring in production and how those can affect the deliverables. Work with production to ensure timely resolution.

o  Daily report of late orders and on time performance with the reason the explanation per account.

o  Monitor and maintain customer portal if available.

Work with production and QC departments to ensure customer requirements are met.

Work closely with diamond department on customer stones ensuring timely processing and communication to the customer when applicable. Monitor customer supply of stones to ensure timely order delivery.
