Funciones

As Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel, for all legal inspections and administrative /management tasks related to installations. You will also manage the external maintenance companies and the maintenance department of the hotel.

• Coordinate and supervise the preventive maintenance equipment and hotels facilities, according to company responsibilities.
• Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities, ensuring safety management is appropriately instituted to reduce the risk of accident or incident.
• Frequently organize hotel inspections to ensure infrastructure and grounds reach expected conditions.
• Manage contracts with maintenance external providers and supervise the quality of the service provided.
• Build and maintain positive relations with external stakeholders such as, fire prevention bureau and vendors.
• Elaborate project plans and proposals, evaluating budget, timing, team, information and standards.
• Control and follow up of energy consumptions and maintenance costs e.g. water and electricity.
• Study and implement ways to reduce hotel operating costs and conserve energy.
• Ensure that guest incidents and issues are attended in a timely and appropriate manner.

Requisitos

• At least 3-4 years' maintenance experience preferably in a hotel/service industry of similar size and complexity.
• Vocational Training (electrical and electronics, HVAC, industrial maintenance and related fields).
• Fluency in local language is mandatory and knowledge of English is highly valuable.
• Knowledge in HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electric and electronic systems.
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office). SAP, GMAO/CMMS (computerized maintenance management software), BMS (Building management system), etc.
