Job Responsibilities:

• Shipment Management:

Coordinate all aspects of the shipment process, including booking, documentation, tracking, and delivery, ensuring on-time and accurate execution.

Liaise with carriers, suppliers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.

• Supply Chain Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs while maintaining service quality and compliance standards.

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance end-to-end logistics operations and meet evolving customer needs.

• Documentation and Compliance:

Oversee the preparation, verification, and submission of shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations, in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation to expedite customs clearance and minimize shipment delays or penalties.

• Customer Engagement and Support:

Serve as a dedicated point of contact for customers, providing proactive communication, updates, and personalized support throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

• Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in the supply chain, such as security threats, transportation disruptions, or regulatory changes, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Monitor key performance indicators and performance metrics to proactively identify issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in end-to-end logistics operations, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
