Italic is creating a world of luxury without labels. We believe that luxury today is exclusionary and all about marketing that hurts its customers and manufacturers. Our mission is to create a new model that enables manufacturers to bypass the legacy luxury supply chain and deliver luxury goods with equivalent or better quality directly to consumers. Our customers come to rely on Italic for our quality, timeless design, and radical value. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing, as well as experience with site merchandising and content management systems. The candidate must also be fluent in English and able to work PST hours. Responsibilities: Day-to-Day Site Management Oversee the daily management of the website, ensuring all products, promotions, and content are up-to-date and accurately reflect the brand's standards. Implement and maintain site merchandising strategies, including product categorization, search optimization, and visual merchandising, to enhance user experience and drive conversions. Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to create compelling product pages that highlight our products' features and benefits. Data Analysis and Optimization Utilize web analytics tools to monitor site performance and customer behavior, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Conduct regular A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to refine the user experience and increase sales. Generate and analyze performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams. Project Management Manage and coordinate calendar for marketing projects Ensure timely and accurate execution of site updates Liaise with different teams within the marketing organization to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines Requirements: Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Positive attitude and team player mentality Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing principles Experience with site merchandising and content management systems (such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce) Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools Basic understanding of HTML and CSS Mentality: Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Culture Great Brands Start With Great People Our culture focuses on performance, integrity, and longevity.
