Your day to day Ensure timely Incoming Material Inspection according PMI and ISO standards and realease materials for manufacturing. Ensure the non-conformities are managed with the suppliers and guarantee the implementation of corrective actions. Principal Accountabilities Plan and perform sampling, tests and analysis on the quality of materials, according to applicable procedures and analytical methods, according to the Control Strategy Ensure the integrity and the timely reporting of analysis results are in the appropriate system. Support the analysis of material, semi-finished (visuals) in case approaching expiry dates in order to define the possibility of an extension. BUBD material management LOMD management - lead drumbeat with Supply Chain, Logistic & Quality to give visibility and put in place action plans to reduce the LOMD. Send special samples to Superlab in Indonesia to cover the Control Strategy for RCIP to CP (CA material). Support production teams by providing Quality guidance and support on the shop floor in case of Material issues. Special Analysis in the Lab for troubleshooting. Propose and follow-up quality improvement ideas in the Laboratory, manufacturing or other processes in Operations. Analyze the information and participate in small projects with influence on material quality. We are looking for... Industrial, Chemical, Material Engineer or equivalent. Overall experience: 2 years Knowledge in Manufacturing, Quality Priority Setting, Problem solving, Cigarette and Filter Basic Knowledge, SAP, and Minitab. What we offer...
