Position overview:
The Lead - Finance Transformation will be the incumbent responsible for ensuring alignment of global and regional processes to targeted future state operating model and to provide guidance and support for process improvement initiatives. The Lead will be closely working with the teams responsible for day-to-day operations within for relevant processes in scope. Collaborate with other finance leaders and Segments to ensure that transformation efforts align with departmental strategies and goals, driving functional purity throughout the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving continuous improvement and process excellence initiatives while providing leadership and guidance to the GSC Process Owners for relevant functions.
Play a critical role in optimizing operational processes, fostering innovation, and enhancing the overall
efficiency and quality of financial operations.
Process Standardization and Optimization:
Drive standardization of processes within a segment and across segments to improve consistency and
efficiency.
Identify opportunities for optimization and automation to streamline workflows and reduce
operational costs.
Global Process Alignment:
Provide guidance, support, and strategic direction to process owners across segments and across GSC
locations to drive towards standardized and harmonized finance processes.
Ensure alignment of global and regional processes and facilitate knowledge sharing across regions.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
Regularly report on the progress of transformation initiatives to senior leadership within the TMO and
D3 steering committee.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with internal and external partners and vendors as needed to drive operational excellence.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with transformation initiatives.
Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions.
Talent Development:
Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for GSC team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in People Management or Relevant A-level qualification or
equivalent.
Language Skills:
Fluent English
Other languages an advantage
15+ years of experience required
