Compensation and Benefits Leader
The compensation specialist is responsible for developing, implementing and managing an organization's compensation and benefits programs. Its goal is to attract, retain and motivate high-performing employees while ensuring that the company complies with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze the labor market: Compile data on salaries, benefits, and market trends to determine the competitiveness of the company's compensation programs.
- Develop and maintain salary structure: Design an equitable and consistent pay system that aligns with the company's strategic objectives and the skills and experience of employees.
- Manage benefits programs: Implement and manage benefit programs, such as health insurance, vacation, and retirement plans.
- Communicate with employees: Inform employees about compensation and benefits programs, answer their questions, and resolve their problems.
- Stay up to date on labor laws and regulations: Ensure the company complies with all labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing companies.
- Previous experience in compensation and benefits USA and México.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication English skills.
- Preferent Power BI.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
