Responsabilities

·      Assist to coordinate the calculation of the annual standard cost, normal hours, rates calculations & expenses, and landing factors.

·      Analyze and understand variances in material, labor and expenses; and set remediation plans according to findings.

·      Assist to organize the annual physical inventory and cycle counts analyzing root causes to get corrective action plans implemented.

·      Prepare manufacturing weekly performance reports for management to review.

·      Assist to identify opportunities to improve profitability then be an active member of the implementation team 

·      Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and be an active member of the implementation team

·      Support monthly manufacturing variance report preparation.

·      Assist to communicate manufacturing scorecard to all plant areas.

·      To perform general accounting and costing journal entries.

·      To assist in Annex 24 compliance.

·      Assist to prepare the annual business plan and monthly forecasts.

To ensures compliance with internal controls in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley
