As a New Product Introduction (NPI) Sourcing Manager you will be leading technical sourcing and supplier relationship management.

As a part of this, you'll be impacting the achievement of business objectives including technology and product improvements, and problem resolutions. Working with Engineering, Program Management, and Strategic Sourcing teams, you'll influence suppliers and be confident in negotiations ensuring quality and timely delivery. Leading NPI project cost target, identifying and mitigating cost and schedule risks during development. Work closely with Strategic Sourcing Managers to align sourcing activities and objectives to the commodity strategies, and drive business.

Responsibilities:

Drive and execute Annual and Strategic Plans with supporting strategies

Coordinate with commodity teams, Supplier Quality, NPI Sourcing and Project sourcing

Manage and comply with sourcing & procurement processes while improving performance through an effective MOS.

Lead Sourcing & Procurement alignment

Build/maintain a robust MOS with the Finance leaders to unlock project barriers

Build strong relationships with key commodity managers and internal stakeholders to create a strong pipeline.

Follow up the projects

Evaluate risk on manage Supplier selection, RFQ and RFI process, Negotiation, Contracting and supplier performance processes.

Improve turnaround time for project execution.

MUST HAVE

5+ years of experience in Commodity Management / Procurement-

5+ years of experience on Healthcare Industry

5+ years of experience in Project Management

Experience in developing supply-based management strategies with a proven record of delivering key business results.

Strong knowledge of Project Management Skill's.

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Technology or Finance minimum

Project Management and/or Contract Management Experience.

Demonstrated Business and financial acumen.

Experience with SAP or site-relevant ERP systems, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project ( Project)
