YOUR TASKS

Objective: Steering and execution of several production standardization projects (production equipment and processes)
to ensure the state-of-the-art knowledge is identified and successfully leading cross-cultural, functional, interdisciplinary teams.

• Rolling out best practices for Maintenance in the region (TPM, spare parts management, maintenance cost reduction projects, etc.)
• Rolling out Technical Parameter Management of Deviations (TPMD) in the region according to global standard.
• Moderate Design for Manufacturing reviews during the product development process or new products.   
• Select and develop machine integrators and standard equipment suppliers for the region. 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or similars.
• + 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Experience in Automotive Industry. 
• Knowledge in TPM; design for manufacturing & process parameter setting; and supplier development (Auditor for Quality system)
