Main responsabilities:
Environmental, Health & Safety:
o Ensure compliance with local legislation and company policies related to environmental protection, health, and safety.
o Ensure that all safety incidents are reported immediately to HR and all interested parties.
o Lead and assist in the investigation of all safety incidents to determine root cause and preventative measures.
o Communicates to Emergency personnel for alarms or incidents.
· Facilities Maintenance:
o Ensure facilities comply with all local, state, and federal environmental regulations and legislation.
o Is the primary technical and safety contact for outside service providers.
o Assure parts and facility materials are timely required and available.
o Reviews, and authorizes payment of invoices for outside service providers.
o Monitor and approve all budgeted expenditures through established processes.
o Manages Logs related to Scheduled Preventive Maintenance, Reported Maintenance Issues and Truck all preventive Maintenance activities using the company tools.
o Reports on access control to Finance and IT as required.
· Business Continuity Plan Management (BCP):
o Review, update, and maintain BCP as required.
o BCP Audits/Reviews/Testing.
Education Level: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, engineering, or related area required; professional business experience.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
· Fluent in English and Spanish – Speak, Read, & Write.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years related maintenance experience.
· 3+ years direct work experience in a facilities management.
· Technically competent with various software applications, such as PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word, Gantt charts. MS Project Manager and Smart Sheet is a plus.
