Your role
Responsible for managing our e-commerce platform (that it´s called anytime) offering a unique selling experience to our clients.
Lead technical link with the customer, specifying our technologies needed, quoting our products in the platform, finding the best mix between replying in time and detail level.
Provide basic Technical Support (directing customer requests to the correct design engineer of our products).
Deliver Anytime tool order handling support, giving follow up to logistics matters, documents, invoices and some other support to our clients.
Give Intouch (install base) support with new channels registration in anytime (Process, Contracts Transfer to Finance Department & Tools access).
From a collaborative perspective deliver regional sales support from the e-commerce platform through LATAM
Provide E-Tools Customer Competence development.
With your result-oriented abilities maintain sales and customer relationships.
Key communication
To succeed in the position, it´s important to have closer communication with Marketing, payables and logistic departments
Your profile
You have at least 2 years in Customer Support or e-commerce in similar position, as well as managing CRM such as Sales Force, Dynamics or some similar.
Desirable in the industrial field.
You have a bachelor's degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering)
Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
Advanced English skills
Portuguese is a plus.
Aspirants non-Mexican citizens have both fluent Spanish and English
