The Warehouse Manager will oversee the warehouse functions, inventory control, storage, receiving, and shipping products according to company needs and customer requirements. This role will be focusing on maintaining productive and efficient warehouse operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Responsibilities which are highly specialized, require a large amount of time, have a limited number of people to perform task and/or the position exists primarily to perform the function.):

·      Coordinating and supervising receiving, shipping and warehousing procedures

·      Warehouse, receiving and shipping automatization and efficient.

·      Executing inventory cycle count process to assure high inventory accuracies and provide reports.

·      Inventory analysis to implement effective inventory control measures to maintain optimal stock levels through the monitoring of KPI.

·      Supervises in coordination of year-end physical inventory.

·      Supervising, evaluating and coaching subordinates.

·      Ensure shipping activities to improve on-time delivery.

·      Audits shipments going out to ensure accuracy of labeling, packaging, and contents before it leaves the dock.

·      Audits paperwork and ERP transactions for data accuracy.

·      Ensures our driver and outside drivers are following company safety.

·      Makes sure all actions in the logistic department meet legal requirements and the company complies.

·      Works productively and efficiently to support LEAN manufacturing initiatives and 5S program.

·      Maintains good housekeeping in the warehouse to keep the department neat and orderly.

·      Reports all issues and needs of the department to the Supply Chain and Compliance Manager.

·      Make sure all information needed is uploaded in EPICOR and perform audits to ensure the transactions are proper.

·      Assures all requisitions made to outside vendors are being processed according to schedule.

·      Makes periodic inventory check ups to assure all information in the system is correct and updated.

·      Work closely with production, engineering, quality, purchasing, import export and other departments to align materials management strategies.

·      Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address any materials-related challenges.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:

·       Materials, Business or Engineering degree, or equivalent experience

ESSENTIAL TRAINING/SPECIAL SKILLS:

·      Strong background in warehouse, shipping and receiving; materials management.

·      Analytical / data driven.

·      Great attention to detail with keen ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

·      Knowledge of ERP for tracking inventory and shipments. Epicor

·      Accurate and efficient data entry.

·      Strong Inventory tracking management, Cycle counting.

·      Leadership training.

·      Understanding of quality system standards.

·      Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·      Knowledge of international shipping.

·      Fluent English

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

·      3+ years in a warehouse leadership role, preferably for a parts manufacturer.

BENEFICIAL EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:

·      Bachelor's Degree in related field.

·      APICS certification.
