The Financial Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting financial data. This role also assists with special studies related to the business and financial statements. 

Critical and Essential Tasks:

1.      Partners with various internal stakeholders and provides financial recommendations as required

2.      Facilitates the budgeting, forecasting and reporting process by analyzing results and developing detailed financial models that drive business decisions

3.      Develops, presents and evaluates ROI and cash flow for capital expenditures and other potential opportunities

4.      Develops, prepares, and presents to senior leadership and field routine reports to monitor business performance

5.      Reviews month-end financial reports, provides variance analysis, researches financial irregularities and uses the analysis to develop meaningful financial reports

6.      Acts as key point of contact for financial questions and analysis requests

7.      Supports business unit partners by analyzing market conditions, customer behavior, operational performance, and other ad-hoc requests

8.      Assists in identifying opportunities for process improvement, customer experience and sustained profitable growth

9.      Leverages Business Intelligence tools to drive stronger insight into the business

10.  Reports financial and operating metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

11.  Delivers timely, error-free analysis and reporting to management

Assists with special projects, ad hoc analysis and other areas of Finance as needed.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of financial analyst experience
• Advanced English
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and/or Finance principles and quantitative analysis skills
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and interpret financial reports and statements
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create ad-hoc data-driven models to assist business partners with decision-making
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work, time management and organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Advanced EXCEL knowledge with a skillset focused on modeling, reporting, and data analysis required
• Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise software (Workday/Hyperion Essbase/SQL/PeopleSoft), business intelligence tools, report writing tools preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and accuracy in work, time management and organizational skills
• Skilled in public speaking and presentations
• Self-directed with ability to prioritize and manage expectations with a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within teams to deliver solutions on time and on budget?
