SAP FI/CO Specialist

**Job Description: SAP Key User - FICO Module**

**Position Summary:**

The SAP Key User for the FICO module at Impro Industries Mexico will play a pivotal role in optimizing and efficiently managing financial processes using the SAP system. They will be responsible for providing technical and functional support to system users, as well as ensuring the proper configuration and utilization of financial transactions within the SAP environment. This role will require deep business knowledge, specifically in the finance area, as well as strong technical skills in SAP FICO usage.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Technical and Functional Support:** Provide technical and functional assistance to SAP FICO users, ensuring a clear understanding of financial processes and transactions within the system.

2. **Configuration and Customization:** Collaborate with the IT team and external consultants to configure and customize the SAP FICO module according to the specific needs of Impro Industries Mexico.

3. **Training and Development:** Plan and execute training programs for end users on the effective use of SAP FICO, as well as provide ongoing guidance on best practices and financial processes.

4. **Problem Resolution:** Identify and proactively address issues and challenges related to the SAP FICO system, working closely with the technical support team to find efficient solutions.

5. **Process Analysis:** Analyze current financial processes and propose improvements and optimizations using the capabilities of the SAP FICO system, aiming to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial management.

6. **Project Coordination:** Participate in projects related to SAP FICO, collaborating with different teams to ensure successful implementation of new functionalities or updates.

**Requirements:**

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance and other related majors.

2. Demonstrated previous experience as a key user or functional consultant of SAP FICO, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

3. Deep knowledge of financial processes, accounting, budget control, and reporting within a company.

4. Strong technical skills in configuring and customizing the SAP FICO module, as well as in troubleshooting system-related issues.

5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team, effectively interacting with different levels of the organization.

6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in work.

7. SAP certification in the FICO module is highly desirable.

8. Advanced level of English (essential)
