The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, payroll management, training, organizational development, and extensive experience in managing a workforce of over 700 employees.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.

Manage payroll activities efficiently and accurately.

Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Drive organizational development initiatives to foster a positive work culture.

Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team to ensure compliance and effectiveness in HR operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in the industrial sector.

Proven expertise in recruitment, payroll administration, and employee development.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a large workforce effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Certification in HR management (desired but not required).

Availability of change of residence in the northern zone
