TESTING ELECTRONIC ENGINEER

Objetive:

Be responsible of all the testing issues in box build manufacture and PCBA manufacture, to keep production running smoothly.

Basic Knowledge:

Knowledge of engineering and testing procedures.

Knowledge in electronic components and understand circuit diagram.

Use of Microsoft Office.

Ability to troubleshoot.

Previous work experience as a test engineer.

Reading and writing English.

Additional:

Experience working with CAD

Knowledge in programming of MCU

Experience in PCBA test fixture and finished goods test fixture manufacturing

Familiarity with testing tools, such as Apache, LabVIEW.

Experience in PCBA troubleshooting

Responsibilities and Functions Description:

-Writing test plans and setup production testing of box build. 

-Writing up the final QA and test procedures.

-Provide a training to operators of finished goods functional tester (FCT).

-Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures.

-Trouble shooting of defective units.

-Preparing test reports for management.

-Prepare monthly maintenance plan and do FCT maintenance. 

-Other production equipment maintenance and repairing. 

-Failure analysis of customer return and QA rejection.
