We´re looking for a Total Rewards Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with various departments and teams on the budgeting process.
- Support the HR area on annual budgeting, accruals and audit requirements.
- Oversee the development, alignment, implementation, and maintenance of the compensation programs (organizational design, market benchmarking, salary structures and developing salary budgets, to analyze and improve the internal equity and competitive market position).
- Review and ensure that all compensation programs, policies and practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements, providing recommendation as new regulations are enacted.
- Monitor, evaluate, implement and administer the benefits programs to ensure programs are current with regard to trends, practices and costs.
- Manages total reward projects for the organization, including performance management, salary review, incentive programs and other HR projects to support business needs.
- Manage annual employee benefits and insurance plans, perform annual salary benchmarking, manage claims.
- To Provide analytical support in salary benchmarking and pay structure review to determine company's competitive position.
- Structure reports including HR costs, staff demographics, budget and forecast among others.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Have at least 10 years of experience as a Compensation and Senior Benefits Specialist and hands-on experience developing a Salary and Benefits Structure.
- Must have experience working in a structured Total Rewards Framework
- Advanced English
