LEAD PROJECT ACCOUNTANT

Knowledge and skills

·      BS Degree in Accounting or similar bachelor degree.

·      +3 years experience in similar position preferably in manufacturing company or accounting firm.

·      Financial reports (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow, budget)

·      General ledger accounting and closing month.

·      Balance accounts reconciliations.

·      Budget and forecast preparation and control.

·      Tax and reports compliance according maquila process.

·      VAT computation.

·      Attention to detail

·      Hands-on person

·      Able to work in teams

·      Outstanding communication skills

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office packages

Job Requirements

·      Strong analytical skills, very Strategic and tactical.

·      Pay attention to the details, but do not get hung up on them

·      Demonstrate leadership – thinking, setting direction, creativity, innovation, initiative, follow-through, and priority-setting 

·      Must be bilingual (English /Spanish)

·      Must be a self-starter/ initiative

·      Good business verbal/writing/ presentations skills.

·      Valid Visa/passport.
