About the role

Seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional with a solid background in automating and enhancing financial operations. This role is pivotal in performing comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic support to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will spearhead insightful analysis, headcount transformation, manage capital expenditures, and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to align the entity's operations with our corporate financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

As a FP&A Leader, you'll be responsible for:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support and align with strategic business aims.
• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, advising on strategic decisions to optimize financial health and achieve corporate objectives.
• Manage and transform headcount planning processes, aligning workforce strategy with financial and operational goals.
• Oversee capital expenditures, ensuring investments are in line with strategic priorities and financial standards.
• Review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports, offering insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Develop and automate financial models for Profit & Loss, balance sheets, and cash flow projections, ensuring dynamic and accurate financial planning.
• Utilize financial modeling and automation software for complex financial data analysis, promoting informed decision-making.
• Ensure financial practices are accurate, compliant, and optimized for efficiency, leveraging technology to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

This role requires a proactive, strategic approach to financial management, emphasizing technology and automation to drive efficiency, accuracy, and insightful decision-making in support of the organization's financial objectives. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

• 5+ Years of experience as FP&A Leader.
• BS in Administration, Finances, or Engineering.
• Experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professional, overseeing financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts.
• Advanced English.
• Visa and Passport.
