IT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer, software engineering, network engineering, communications, electronics and other related majors.
• Be familiar with and master Windows servers, desktop-level operating system knowledge and network security knowledge.
• Familiar with local area network related knowledge.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and strong hands-on ability.
• More than 3 years of work experience.
• English level: advanced (essential)

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for the construction and upgrading of the company's IT infrastructure, including data center computer room construction, network security plan implementation, software and hardware applications, etc.
• Establish and improve a standardized operation and maintenance system, formulate and improve emergency plans, strategies and processes, and improve service operation quality.
• Responsible for the daily management, maintenance, maintenance and updating of the company's servers, computers, networks and accessories, and communication systems, and responsible for the information equipment assets under their jurisdiction.
• Responsible for the update and maintenance of all application software systems of the company; responsible for the daily maintenance of AD and email systems
• Formulate group work plans, conduct team management and employee training.
• Assist in the implementation, introduction, promotion and personnel training of the company's application management system.
• Responsible for the copyright management of various software systems of the company.
