Hogarth is looking for an IT Support 


What does an IT Support do at Hogarth?

Help or support to the company or employees on hardware, network and system maintenance issues and equipment.


Duties:

  • Assist end users in general troubleshooting, connectivity and configure Mac -90%- and Windows -10%- OS based computers.
  • Support users with software applications such as Adobe Creative Cloud, O365 for Windows, and mac operating systems.
  • Acknowledge of ticketing systems and track resolutions following-up to ensure onsite and remote users' resolution of tickets.
  • Setup, imaging, and hand-over computers for end users in both platforms Mac and Windows.
  • Support using the following technologies for end users' account maintenance and administration:
  • Active Directory.
  • JAMF technology.
  • Intune technology.


Requirements:

  • Master Degree in Computer Science, Eng. In Systems, Computing or related. (Graduates or Interns)
  • Preferably have worked giving technical support to Mac users.
  • Preference for experienced Mac platform support and acknowledge of Apple ecosystem.
  • Intermediate to advances knowledge of the latest operating systems -Mac OS, Windows 10, IOS -iPhone, iPad-.
  • Medium to advanced knowledge of:
  • Hardware troubleshooting for Mac and Dell computer systems and peripherals (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, WiFi, Wacom tablets, hard drives, and several other external devices).
  • Office 365 mail and entire Office Suite configuration/ for Mac and Win.
  • General Adobe Creative Suite troubleshooting.
  • Networks, WiFi, remote connectivity, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in handling ticket system (Service Now, Zendesk, etc.).
  • English (Reading/Writing/spoken/listening) – Test will be applied.
  • Plus, if experienced and knowledge of SAN, servers, IT Data Centers, VPNs, server mapping, Remote Desktop -Apple and Windows-, TeamViewer, video conferencing and audio applications and solutions.
  • Preferred, if experienced working with advertising agencies or related.
