Please be aware that this is a part-time opportunity with varying weekly hours. However, there is potential for this contract to transition into a full-time position. Interview process: 1 interview with the GM + Design team We are seeking a talented and creative House of Brands Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining a cohesive brand identity across our diverse portfolio of brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that each brand's visual representation aligns with its unique identity and resonates with the target audience. Key Responsibilities: Brand Design: Develop and maintain brand identities for our portfolio of brands, ensuring consistency and alignment with each brand's values and target audience. Create visual design concepts, including logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery, that reflect the essence of each brand. Produce high-quality brand guidelines that clearly communicate the visual standards and elements for each brand. Creative Direction: Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to provide design direction and ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines. Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas to support brand campaigns and initiatives. Brand Asset Management: Manage and organize brand assets, including logos, templates, and design files, to facilitate easy access and consistency across various teams. Update and maintain brand assets as needed to reflect evolving brand strategies and market trends. Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices to ensure our brands remain relevant and competitive. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify design opportunities and areas for improvement. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand their design needs and deliver solutions.
