We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our team. As a Junior Recruiter at ALTEN Mexico, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition and contribute to the recruitment efforts of our company. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with job posting and advertising on multiple platforms. Screening resumes and applications to identify potential candidates. Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintaining candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics. Supporting the onboarding process of new hires. Participating in recruitment events and career fairs. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
