Our client is a Top Forbes industrial automation company looking for a Legal Specialist. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in upholding and advancing our corporate and legal frameworks across client, supplier, and employee relations. Your expertise will ensure they operate within legal compliance while fostering positive corporate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Draft, analyze, and negotiate business contracts, safeguarding company interests.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• License Management: Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of necessary operational licenses.
• Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator in client, supplier, and employee disputes.
• Legal Reporting & Representation: Prepare legal reports for internal use and represent KEYENCE in legal proceedings.
• Regulatory Analysis: Interpret regulations and documents about client relations and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, with a specialization in Corporate Law; a focus on Labor Law is a plus.
• Around 5 years of experience in a private sector role.
• Proficiency in English (Intermediate - Advanced level); interviews will be conducted in English.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to varying projects and new processes.
• Strong collaborative skills to support departmental and company-wide projects.
• Experience in litigation or lawsuits.
