Ensure Three-way matching

Ensure the review and recording of invoices into the accurate financial period into PLEX System

Ensure the timely payment for each supplier

Provide the documental support and all evidence related about each record

Provide Customer service assistance to suppliers

Aging report at month end match vs book

Intercompany reconciliations

Month end report in price variance

Participate in external audits

Qualifications

University degree (Accounting, Finance, Business)

Experience in AP areas preferably in automotive industry

Ability to quickly adapt to new ways and flexibility of working and operate efficient in a changing environment.
