We are looking for a professional to join our team for the position of Plant General Director.

Responsible for achieving the overall results of the plant operation to meet the financial plan established for the organization seeking to improve the profitability of the Plant.

Responsible for monitoring and providing the necessary resources to achieve the plant's objectives within the framework of the Safety, Quality Assurance and Environmental legal systems required by the organization. Oversee Production Control systems to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, laws and logistics standards within the framework of the code of conduct, ensuring compliance with customer requirements under the quality management system, safety, environment and internal control, always taking care of the sustainability of the company, customers and social environment. 

Responsible for leading and achieving the objectives of:

1. Submit for approval the Financial Plan to the Region's Management, agreeing on the main objectives of the organization.
2. Define in conjunction with his Staff group the strategies required to achieve the objectives of the operation seeking to optimize the resources allocated to maximize the profitability of the operation.
3. Monitor the main plant indicators focused on Safety, Environment and Customer Satisfaction; taking corrective and/or improvement actions on a continuous basis.
4. Maintain excellent customer relations, exceeding service quality expectations in all aspects.
5. To supervise the levels of the raw material supply process, as well as, finished product inventory in quality and deadline conditions, ensuring the follow up to the inventory level policies.
6. Maintain the communication plan within the organization.
7. Collaborate in obtaining Quality, Safety and Environmental Certifications, as well as, specific customer requirements.
8. Supervise the correct application of procedures while maintaining a satisfactory work environment for the organization.
9. Specific customer requirements for the automotive industry.

Requirements:

-10 years of experience in automotive industry, developing similar functions in managerial / executive positions.

-Education: Engineering or Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree (Desirable).

-Advanced English

-Experience with quality systems in the automotive industry.

-Availability to travel in national and international territory with frequency and diverse periods.
