Main Activities:

1. Directly report the production result to the plant manager

2. Provide feedback on the relationship with the operators to the person in charge of human resources.

3. Planning and execution of the production plan based on strategies of the productive capacity of the organization.

4. Control orders for materials and control their use.

5. Control production orders and product quality.

6. Schedule and supervise the maintenance of machinery.

7. Supervises the work carried out by direct workers in the area, production supervisors.

8. Manage the resources available for production

9. Prevent any incident with the materials necessary for production

10. Calculate raw material cost

11. Constantly maintain feedback with the quality manager for key performance results such as internal ppm's, rejects, rework and customer complaints.

Schooling : Industrial Engineer or similar.

Experience : At least 5 years in similar position, preference

Knowledge: IATF 16949, ISO 14001, CORE TOOL, Excell Advanced, English Advanced
