Responsibility
1. Responsible for resolving customer problems via online communication.
2. Responsible for supporting system integration or hardware service operations,
establishing effective communication and team collaboration with various suppliers.
3. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining brand image.
Requirements
1. Computer related major, bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 1-3 years of IT, Internet, hardware technical service experience;
3. Good command of spoken and written English and local language;
4. Have good interpersonal skills and are able to communicate at all levels, experience in
hardware technical services (routers, switches, etc.) is preferred;
5. Certified professional with (any of): CCNA/CCNP/CCIE [Cisco Systems], ASE/Master ASE
[HP Enterprise], Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), HCNA/HCNP/HCIE
[Huawei Enterprise], JNCIA/JNCIP/JNCIE [Juniper Networks].
