Roles

• Lead a team of operational people and leaders to maintain close communication with the different business stakeholders.
• 
  
• Ensure the correct daily execution of last mile capacity models and the productivity of distribution models.
• 
  
• Ensure the execution of the operational and strategic plans established for the last mile and work with the supplier's team to carry out day-to-day processes.
• 
  
• Review the capacity of each of the assigned tasks, by analyzing data for all last mile models to ensure all necessary deliveries.
• 
  
• Encourage actions that guarantee an excellent purchasing experience for those who use our services by complying and ensuring SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the best possible service to our clients.

• Maintain operational discipline by monitoring key processes on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
• 
  
• Track goals and tasks to ensure total last mile success.
• 
  
• Deeply analyze available metrics to determine first-level root causes.
• 
  
• Ability to manage, complete or request performance reports and dashboards for key metrics.
• 
  
• Ensure all improvements and action plans are executed efficiently and on time.
• 
  
• ENSURE THAT ALL OPERATIONS ARE CARRIED OUT IN AN APPROPRIATE AND PROFITABLE MANNER.

Requirements:

• 
  
• Be a professional in Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Logistics Engineering or related careers related to transportation or operations.
• 
  
• Have experience in the operation and management of data (profile based on information control is essential)
• 
  
• Have worked in positions that require effective communication management with large teams in charge
• 
  
• Have experience in demand planning, production or similar.
• 
  
• Have knowledge of process engineering, Lean Six Sigma or problem solving tools.
• 
  
• Conversational English (Essential)
• 
  
• 100% experience (Amazon, Mercado libre, DHL, Fedex, Estafeta, J&T, 99 min, Ivoy)
