Responsibilities:

• Responsible of get and assign the equipment according to customer order needed to ship finished goods daily.
• Ensure the productivity of drayage company, for export & import of finish goods, raw material & subassembly.
• Responsible of cross the loads same production day, or next business day.
• Compliance of KPI (FIFO, Inventory Control of Trailers).
• Responsible of coordination of special requirements (MAG, RANDLEMAN, MGM, CARGOQUIN-MXLI).
• Responsible of LTL coordination to USA & international (MSO's).
• Coordination of IMP/ EXP & Freight of Steel (Flat Bed) from USA to NL & MEX.
• Cost Control of drayage service, including any kind of service movements, service in Laredo TX –MXP & USD.
• Responsible for maintaining the empties trailer turn-over (3 days) and the inbound trailer turn-over (5 days) KPI's.
• Responsible of pull the trailers IMPORT of raw material and finish goods.
• Coordination of HAZMAT shipment IMP/ EXP.
• Responsible to keep the certification C-TPAT & OEA.
• Responsible to keep the contract with drayage companies signed and updated file.
• Responsible for conducting daily activities ensuring the safety and integrity of all staff, using as tools the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Emotional Intelligence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Accountant, Foreign Trade, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Experience in Excel.
