We are currently looking for a Plant Manager.

 

Task:

  • ?Lead and manage the day to day plant manufacturing functions including production, maintenance, planning, engineering, finance, quality, EH&S, security, lean manufacturing and shop floor continuous improvement efforts.
  • Direct the development and implementation of manufacturing and safety standards and goals supporting the plant and the company business plans.
  • Ensure production requirements comply with customer quality standards and provide direction and guidance in the development and maintenance of requisite SOPs and work instructions to enable the consistent processing of quality parts.
  • Participate in annual budget, capital and strategic planning by providing information on manufacturing related requirements and capabilities.
  • Administer direct supervisory responsibility for manufacturing, quality, maintenance, production, warehouse, planning, engineering, finance, EH&S, security, lean manufacturing personnel including selection, hiring, training, performance evaluations, promotion recommendations and developing work schedules.
  • Introduce new products in the plant during the product/process development and implementation phases; ensure all program critical tasks are achieved including timing, cost and quality expected performance levels are achieved.
  • Ensure employees are aware of company policies, procedures and operational changes; encourage employees to participate in personal and professional growth opportunities.
  • Act as liaison between the plant and Sales; assisting business continuity/improvement as well as ensuring all customer requirements for technical performance and delivery of the product are met.
  • Perform the weekly safety audit in order to detect and reduce the unsafe conditions and acts of the workplace.
  • Comply with the internal regulations, policies and code of conduct of Human Resources.
  • May perform additional duties as assigned.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree?
  • Business English
  • 8-10 years of successful experience leading operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Prior experience in Materials Management, Production, Quality, Planning, and safety and working with major vendors required; solid track record of implementing lean manufacturing and other related experience beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the IATF & ISO 9001 standards.
