Ensure compliance with manufacturing, financial, and equipment management objectives in the blowing area through the proper administration of material and human resources, managing preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and peripheral equipment; to ensure the delivery of production on time and in accordance with the procedures established by the company, with the aim of making the business profitable.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food, Chemistry, or related field.
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control.
Knowledge of Blowing process and PET chemistry.
Knowledge of Raw Material and Packaging Material Inspection Techniques (Sampling Methods, Use of Acceptance Criteria, AQLs, Military Standards).
Knowledge of Quality Standards and Systems for the Food Industry (HACCP, GMPs, GMA SAFE, ISO 22000).
Knowledge of maintenance of blowing machines Sidel S1, Sidel S-2, Universas, Matrix, Palletizers, Labelers, as well as peripheral equipment.
