Job Description

Perform tests on applications related to vehicles in the development and production phase. There must be an analysis of the logs thrown by the test applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and triage support questions and support requests from client engineers.
  • Follow internally developed support processes and workflows.
  • Deliver and publish high risk content in CMS (Content Management System).
  • Ensure accurate and timely implementation of the content using HTML.
  • Effectively able to manage projects and major launches by participating in the war rooms with stakeholders.
  • Communicate and escalate issues to the proper teams or owners for resolution.
  • Effectively communicate resolutions and workarounds and management.


Qualifications
  • Graduation from a coding academy or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in HTML coding.
  • Professional experience in customer service, help desk, support or other technical roles.
  • Ability to rapidly assess, analyze and resolve or troubleshoot issues and distil into clear and concise communications.
  • Quick learner and adaptable to learn new products, processes, concepts, and skills.
  • Ability to work in a complex ecosystem with many layers of systems, services and tools.
  • Work onsite at client office at least 3 days a week (Tues, Thurs, Fri).
  • Fluency in English.
