The Supply Chain Procurement Finance organization is transforming and is seeking a highly experienced, self-motivated senior leader to partner with Procurement Operations organization to meet balanced scorecard.
Responsible for key financials and business metrics and balanced scorecard of sourcing org. [Cost/RO/Cash and People/Talent]
Support Personal Systems and Print supply chain business on contracts, pricing, and strategic deals evaluation. [involves direct engagement with procurement level 2 leaders]
Drive rebate framework engagements, end to end vendor rebates management and optimization.
Organizational alignment and drive cost savings initiatives across Supply chain procurement cost lines.
Provide market support pricing initiatives with improved standard cost planning and forecast accuracy strategies. [price benchmarking against competition]
Support and recommend improvement in vendor pricing initiatives through upfront discounting and back-end rebate agreements.
Improve management of owned inventory providing oversight support to new deals.
Responsible for all system development related to the order flow, purchase, and consumption of raw materials/commodities.
Lead the team by providing clear direction on supply chain financial support to business partners.
Audit controls [SOX] and financial accounting compliance guidance to the procurement organization.
People and career development of team of 15 including a manager. Implement succession plans.
Lead Guadalajara finance site initiatives and be a focal point for Supply Chain finance on developing on site talent.
Drive Voice of Workforce initiatives and actions for the finance organization
Experience and educations qualifications Preferred:
Prior Leadership experience [As senior Manager or Director]
Strong business acumen
Financial accounting experience [Previous Supply Chain Finance experience preferred]
Policy, Compliance, Audit and Sox control experience
Master's/bachelor's in accounting and finance
Good influencing and communication skills
