Job Requirements

Education: University studies with a degree in areas related to manufacturing or production.

Experience: Previous experience in production control.

Skills: Advanced command of IATF 16949 and English, intermediate level in Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen.

Job responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure compliance with quality and efficiency standards.

Implement and maintain production control processes to optimize resources and productivity.

Collaborate with the work team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and apply Lean and Kaizen methodologies.

Guarantee compliance with delivery deadlines and customer satisfaction in each project.
